By accessing or using Blastoff Media's website, services, or platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts
- Account Creation: Provide accurate information during registration.
- Account Security: Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Termination: Blastoff may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Blastoff and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or modify website content without prior written consent.
5. Revenue Sharing Agreement
Users participating in the 50/50 revenue share program must agree to the Non-Exclusive Revenue Share Agreement during onboarding.
6. Privacy and Data Use
By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Upload illegal or infringing content.
- Manipulate view counts or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Reverse-engineer or misuse Blastoff's platform.
8. Payment Terms
All payments are subject to net 90 day payment terms from the date of invoice or payment due date.
9. Channel Approval Requirements
If your channel does not meet all the following requirements, it will be rejected, and you will not have access to analytics or payouts. Violating these terms may result in ineligibility to use the platform or receive applicable revenues.
- All uploaded content must comply with YouTube's policies (e.g., no explicit or violent material).
- Content must be original or comply with the U.S. copyright fair use doctrine.
- The channel must be owned or managed by you.
- Your channel must have at least 1 Shorts video uploaded.
10. Limitation of Liability
Blastoff's liability is capped at fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
US users are governed by Delaware law.
