Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Blastoff Media Inc.'s platform ("Blastoff", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

• Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

5. YouTube and Google Account Integration

When you connect your Google/YouTube account, you authorize us to access certain data under the scopes youtube.readonly andyt-analytics.readonly. This data is used to display relevant analytics within your dashboard, and is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google API Services User Data Policy.

6. Payments & Revenue Sharing

If applicable, revenue sharing terms will be outlined in a separate agreement. We use third-party payment processors like Stripe, PayPal, or Tipalti to handle payments securely.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and features are owned by Blastoff Media unless otherwise noted. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a license to display and analyze it within the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blastoff Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blastoff Media harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto.
